Taziki’s is constantly improving our technology to make the guest experience best in class. A rebuilt app launched in 2024 giving our customers an easy way to interact with the brand. We are driving more guest engagement to this platform, allowing us to capture marketing data and get more customers to adopt ordering on this platform. App customers order more frequently, have a larger basket size, and we can market to them much more efficiently. The revamped Taziki’s Rewards program is a major reason for this success.

In 2024-25, Taziki’s is switching to the best-in-class RMS, Restaurant 365. R365 is a comprehensive restaurant management software designed to streamline operations by integrating accounting, inventory, payroll, and reporting into one platform.
