RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE
Does someone in your group have restaurant experience?
The most essential part of running a successful Taziki’s is, of course, running the Taziki’s itself.
One person in your ownership group must have significant restaurant experience.
That person will be named “Owner-Operator” and must have at least 5% equity and go through full training (8 weeks).
We prefer multi-unit and franchise experience.
Location
Is your territory available?
At Taziki’s, you can protect your territory with a signed Area Development Agreement (ADA).
In order for us to award you a franchise in your desired market, we must first ensure that:
No other franchise group has the rights
Enough of the right people live in the desired area to support a Taziki’s
Taziki’s doesn’t choose real estate for you, but sites must be approved by our Real Estate Committee.
Capital
Do you have the finances required to develop a market?
We look for partners with a vision to expand and develop their territory. That takes capital to accomplish. Your group must collectively possess at minimum:
$1.5 Million Net Worth
$500,000 Liquid Capital
Markets with significant development potential will likely possess a higher capital requirement.
