As Taziki’s has grown, we’ve reaped the benefits from our experience. We use a software called Kalibrate to inform our real estate decisions based on data from previous stores. Kalibrate analyzes market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitor positioning to optimize site selection and assist with your unit growth strategy planning, all in service of making wise decisions on where to put new stores.

Conversion Experience

The Taziki’s real estate and construction team are experts at making the most of conversation opportunities. Oftentimes, these sites can require more communication but are significantly more economical in buildout cost. Taziki’s Founder, Keith Richards, is very involved in the layout of every Taziki and has a keen ability to help with the conversion layout process. We know that there is a difference between the “letter of the law” and the “spirit of the law” when it comes to Taziki’s specifications and your money.
